The Mommy & Me Girls Retreat was created to give mothers and daughters intentional time away from the routines, screens, schedules, and distractions of everyday life so you can simply be together.
For five beautiful days on the Caribbean coast of Colombia, you’ll laugh, rest, explore, learn, have important conversations, and experience one another outside of your normal roles and routines.
Because raising a daughter isn’t only about preparing her for the world.
It’s also about creating a relationship she knows she can always come home to.

The Mommy & Me Girls Retreat was created as a sacred opportunity for mothers and daughters to slow down, reconnect, and experience the kind of bonding that lasts a lifetime.
Join us for 5 days and 4 nights on the breathtaking shores of the Caribbean Sea in Colombia, where the mountains meet the ocean and nature invites you to breathe deeper. Surrounded by white sand beaches, tropical beauty, and peaceful luxury, this retreat offers space to rest, laugh, heal, and grow together.

Founder & Retreat Host, The Self Care Retreats
Shanicia is the founder of The Self Care Retreats, an international retreat company she created to give women beautiful, intentional spaces to rest, reconnect, and experience the world. As a mother herself, she created Mommy & Me as a space where mothers and their children could step outside of everyday life and strengthen their relationships through travel, conversation, joy, and shared experiences.

Flöw is a textile artist and the founder of Women’s Weaving Circle, where women gather around the ancestral practice of creating with their hands while sharing stories, traditions, and connection.
