what to expect on your retreat

During your 5 day and 4 night stay we offer a private space to release and restore. This spiritual healing retreat aims to be a grounding space in Paradise to release trauma, accept our own sacred beauty and be surrounded by like-minded women, and be reminded why You are important. From massages, to daily workshops, yoga, meditation, and so much more, we hope to gift you with complete restoration before you return back home.

Our private boutique beach resort is a relaxing world where time moves slowly and you can reflect and appreciate all that life and nature have to give. Escape for a while to life by the sea. Feel the raw energy of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Discover peace on empty, white sand beaches. Rise with the sun over the Caribbean and fall asleep counting falling stars in the Milky Way.

Enjoy a world class spa under the shade of the tropical forest - creating the right environment for relaxation and disconnection from the outside world. The spa offers several types of massage ranging from thai body, relaxing, deep tissue, and reiki energy healing.

Rooms

Eco-Chic Bungalows are the ideal place to relax. Each bungalow is designed with a very distinct architectural feature that the indigenous from the area have been utilizing for hundreds of years…. the palm roof. Not only are these structures made from sustainably and locally harvested palm fronds, the vaulted ceiling design keeps the rooms cooler and more fresh than any other available, man-made material.

Experience lux glampers nestled on the property to enjoy the sounds of nature and the ocean to lull you to sleep. Each room has its own outdoor shower to enjoy the stars and moonlight under water.

Food

The kitchen works with the local fishermen of the area to bring whatever is fresh straight to your plate. This sea to table approach combines healthy ingredients together in a coastal themed, fusion-style menu with Colombian, Latin and Asian flavors. Our ever-evolving selection is a unique combination of the traditional dishes and flavors from Colombia along with other recipes from around the world.

We can accommodate your diet - Vegan, Vegetarian, and/or Pescatarian.
